All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 charge. A full refund, minus this $25.00 charge, will be granted until March 17th, 2015. After March 17th, there will be no refunds. Please send notification to the office at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to cancel a registration.
For games, a full uniform, shoes and shin pads. The uniform is provided with your registration. The player is responsible for supplying the shoes and shin pads. It is recommended that every player bring a water bottle to every game and practice.
Shin pads and soccer shoes are required to be worn by all players at practices. All jewelry, barrettes, plastic headbands and hats must be removed. Soft headbands and religious headwear is permitted. It is recommended if your child wears glasses that a safety strap is attached.
We ask that all players sit on one side of the field and parents and spectators cheer from the opposite side of the field. No spectator is permitted to sit on the same side of the field as the team, or to sit/stand behind the nets. This minimizes distractions for the players and allows our coaches to keep track of their players.
The referee on the field has the final say on calling the game. We continue to play in light rain. Referees follow West London’s policy on lightning and thunder. They will call a break in play to allow the weather to pass. If the game is past the half the referee may choose to end the game.
Each coach will set the snack policy for their team, based on ages and allergies that players have. Some coaches will have a rotating snack schedule which will put a different parent in charge of snacks each week. Other coaches prefer to have each player bring their own snack.
